Lizzie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. When I first called up and spoke to Lizzie, to arrange the viewing, she went out of her way to help us. Our first viewing was in an evening, and Lizzie not only showed me around, but then waited for me to collect my husband from the station so that he could also view the property - he didn't get to the house until shortly before 8pm, so we well and truly interrupted her evening, but at no point did she make us feel like we had done.

Once we had agreed a price on the property, we liaised with both Lizzie and Ashley - Ashley had the misfortune of experiencing my wrath due to our vendor's solicitors having dragged their heels, and between himself and Lizzie they managed to get the sale back on track and my fears of moving into a cardboard box for a couple of days / weeks were quickly put to bed.

We have been exceptionally impressed with Lizzie, and thank her unreservedly for her help.
