Where to start??!!! When we moved in, the property was filthy in places such as the conservatory (we did not notice this until after we had moved in). Throughout our tenancy, we had trouble getting problems fixed. We kept getting given the wrong phone numbers for the correct people to deal with issues. We often found we had to keep complaining. Upon moving out we had a very unfair checkout report, which criticised areas that we had specifically cleaned thoroughly. We actually left the property in better condition than when we moved in!..... yet we still got charged for a cleaning bill (it was never proven that the property had been cleaned/ billed for professional cleaning). We were even charged for early checkout, the landlords managed to delay finding a new tenant..... resulting in us being charged full price for what was a mere 2 week early checkout!! When we voiced any complaints to Goadsby over the entire tenancy, they were ignored.
In summary, Goadsby are only interested in gaining money from people. Customer service doesn't seem to matter.

Very professional. Communication was clear and regular. Very professional. Communication was clear and regular. Our home was valued pre COVID (1st time round) marketed immediately after it was lifted and sold for near the asking price in a matter of weeks. Most of this was handled by the office manager, Rob and I really can’t fault the service. We had difficulties with the legal element of the sale (such poor service) but the Goadsby team took it all in their stride.

Ex-Buyer: Pleasant staff who were either uninformed or unwilling to answer direct questions. I have to remeber that they act for the vendor. Quick and honest answers would have saved cost to me and time to the vendor. Agricultural Land with planning consent is not a garden. A lane is not... Read Full Review

Ex-Buyer: Pleasant staff who were either uninformed or unwilling to answer direct questions. I have to remeber that they act for the vendor. Quick and honest answers would have saved cost to me and time to the vendor. Agricultural Land with planning consent is not a garden. A lane is not unknown ownership. Calling a potential customer a 'timewaster' is not helpful given their inability to answer questions. Constant badgering was not professional.

I sold a property through Goadsby in Salisbury and would receomend them to anyone. The Branch Manager gave me honest advice on the valuation, they sold my property within 4 weeks for a very good price and treated me very well. They where always happy to take my calls, sorted any issues out and having spoken to the couple who bought my house from me, they also said they where treated very well from the moment they walked in the office to the day they collected the keys.
