Where to start??!!! When we moved in, the property was filthy in places such as the conservatory (we did not notice this until after we had moved in). Throughout our tenancy, we had trouble getting problems fixed. We kept getting given the wrong phone numbers for the correct people to deal with issues. We often found we had to keep complaining. Upon moving out we had a very unfair checkout report, which criticised areas that we had specifically cleaned thoroughly. We actually left the property in better condition than when we moved in!..... yet we still got charged for a cleaning bill (it was never proven that the property had been cleaned/ billed for professional cleaning). We were even charged for early checkout, the landlords managed to delay finding a new tenant..... resulting in us being charged full price for what was a mere 2 week early checkout!! When we voiced any complaints to Goadsby over the entire tenancy, they were ignored.
In summary, Goadsby are only interested in gaining money from people. Customer service doesn't seem to matter.
