Overall I have had a very positive experience with all Hannells branches I have communicated with. The one improvement I would recommend, is around identification /verification of people when a sale has been made. I traveled a considerable distance to a branch to enable someone to photocopy my ID and verify it was me. My solicitor uses an app called Thirdfort, which does everything remotely. This would save staff time and be a more efficient process for your clients. I asked for a quote for a solicitor and I am still waiting……..,.
