I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the complete lack of hot water in the property the past four days. Despite reporting this issue promptly, I have yet to receive any meaningful response or action from your team.
To add to the frustration, I was contacted by a representative named Leanna who, acting friendly and humorous, unhelpfully stated that she could “come over and do nothing.” I trust you’ll agree that this is neither a professional nor an acceptable response to a genuine maintenance concern that affects basic living conditions.I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and the immediate dispatch of qualified professionals to restore hot water. Frankly, the lack of urgency and professionalism displayed so far has been unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will not be recommending your services to others, nor will I consider using them again in the future.

She consistently ensures that every document — whether it's a certificate, a report, or a compliance check — is not only present but fully validated relevance and compatibility.
