Excellent experience and fantastic service!
After a bad experience with a large corporate estate agents (Not Hannells) 18 months ago, I was very nervous about repeating the process.
I was assured by Hannells that the experience would be different and they stayed true to their word. From listing my property through to completion the team were professional, efficient and honest.

Hannells provided a friendly yet professional service throughout. Their presentation of the property on their website was very impressive and resulted in numerous potential buyers visiting the house within a week. Several of them put in bids and the house is now "Sols, subject to contract". If things so smoothly I shall have no hesitation in recommending the company to future sellers.

So far we have been very satisfied with the service provided by Hannells our house sale.
They have been very informative of what’s happening, and have fed back to us regularly. We had lots of viewing. Showing people around we away on holiday was no issue either. We have now received an offer and we’ve now hopefully just started the process to now actually selling, solicitors etc.

We can't ask any more than that, we had very little idea what we were doing so a little hand holding was needed which we've really appreciated.
