I have found the team at Hannells, Chaddesdon to be very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were quick to get back to you you had any questions.
Lorna was particularly helpful and has made the initial process of buying a property very clear. Alex was very good showing me around the property, he had all the relevant information with him and could answer my questions.

I have had contact with most of the team at your Littleover branch and found them all with out exception very professional, friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble, despite some of the silly questions I asked. The only issue I had was when one of the team failed to turn up for an agreed appointment due to sickness and although at the time I was very Irate that I did not even receive a phone call it was all resolved very quickly.

Really smooth process from start to finish with what is a difficult process to go through and Hannells at Littleover made this alot easier.
From the personal service and remembering the sale to my parents a couple of years before, to sorting all the viewings etc made it such an easy process.
Can't fault the sales progression once we had an offer Alex is like a dog with a bone when there is an issue and leaves you feeling like nothing is too much trouble even when he gets the rough end of your frustration!
All in all can't fault the Hannells experience
