Having sold our home with Manning Stainton Wetherby branch, we were passed on to our dedicated Move Manager, Debbie. She called promptly to introduce herself and explain what her role was. We accepted the offer in February and exchanged contracts in July. For 5 months, Debbie has been working like crazy to keep the process moving and keep all parties informed. Although we were only a chain of 2 parties, the process was not without complications and Debbie has been an absolute trooper, working her socks off to get us to where we are today - legally exchanged! If I were to sell again, I would use MS but I would specifically request Debbie for our Move Manager. I was a little tentative/neutral about MS up to this point but she has really made our experience so much more positive. I would also like to give credit to Debbie's colleague, Stevie (not sure if I spelled her name correctly, sorry!) as she helped us for a brief period during Debbie's annual leave. Both of these ladies are an absolute credit to Manning Stainton. I hope you both enjoy a celebratory drink for getting us over the line! You both deserve it. Thank you so much!

Briony has gone above and beyond throughout my experience and I can truly say I have never dealt with a more helpful, professional and great letting agent. She keeps in regular contact, went above and beyond to arrange a viewing suitable for me and my partner and is currently working with us to try and obtain a suitable renting fee for the property.
I have dealt with numerous agents throughout my 10 years of renting and Briony is by far the best to date. She has made the progress more enjoyable and less stressful for us! Thanks Briony!

We have been extremely happy with Fine & Country from the very start when Steve first visited us to appraise our property. We then met Louise and Molly who visited our property to familiarise themselves with our house so they could discuss our property effectively with potential buyers. Within 24 hours of instructing we had photos booked in and viewings confirmed. Within 2 weeks we had 9 offers and the process was completely seamless. Every part of the process was professional and efficient. Highly recommend the team.

From my initial meeting with Steve Riley, I was confident that Manning Stainton understood the local market and had suggested the correct price to market at. Sadly that one fell through, but Angela was straight back on it and sold again within a week.

Louise took over on managing the process with the buyer and we managed to complete 3 months later, not without it's challenges but Louise managed us/the process well.
More than happy to recommend the Wetherby branch of MS....

One of the properties involved a housing association and Sarah was very involved in making the sale happen. She was always upbeat even when things did not always go to plan. We would certainly use Manning Staintons again.
