The moment Louise stepped in my home to provide a valuation viewing I knew she had great knowledge of the area and could really sell my home. The Wetherby office team where incredibly helpful through the selling process, keeping me updated both by phone and email. I never once had to call to get an understanding of sale process or progress. Brilliant sales team, I would highly recommend using Fine and Country/Manning Stainton - Wetherby.

We have been extremely happy with Fine & Country from the very start when Steve first visited us to appraise our property. We then met Louise and Molly who visited our property to familiarise themselves with our house so they could discuss our property effectively with potential buyers. Within 24 hours of instructing we had photos booked in and viewings confirmed. Within 2 weeks we had 9 offers and the process was completely seamless. Every part of the process was professional and efficient. Highly recommend the team.

Angela managed the selling/viewings excellently providing timely/concise feedback, getting a sale agreed within a couple of weeks. Sadly that one fell through, but Angela was straight back on it and sold again within a week.

I had a very positive experience with the Wetherby team when I first purchased my property in Boston Spa in 2018, and therefore wanted their representatives to manage the sale.
From the initial meeting with Steve through to the offer stage the service has been simply amazing. The professionalism and “warmth”of the staff has been exemplary with special thanks to Steve, Louise, Angela and James.
In addition I have also purchased my new property through them and again the experience has been first class. You’re all a credit to the company and the industry.
