I was a long-term tenant in a property managed by 1let, and the service was always excellent - any issues with the property such as heating, plumbing were always dealt with quickly and efficiently. Fast and professional service when moving into and out of the property in terms of contract, deposit, utilities etc.
Comment on agent fees
Don’t recall how much the fees were, so they must’ve been reasonable!
