I rented with 1Let for just over 3 years and overall it has been a positive experience. Our flat was newly refurbished and so we didn’t have many issues. I rented with 1Let for just over 3 years and overall it has been a positive experience. Our flat was newly refurbished and so we didn’t have many issues. Nonetheless, whenever I contacted our agent, they were quick to respond to queries by telephone and email. I would highly recommend using 1Let if possible. In addition, whereas some agencies have reacted to the last 2 years by deciding to unfairly increase rents, my rent remained at the same affordable rate. I am currently renting with a different letting agency and the high-quality customer service that 1Let offer is something that I already miss! Thank you
