1Let is the best, most efficient letting agency I have ever used. I have used 6 or 7 letting agencies in the past and my experience with 1Let is most definitely the best. Landlords are ultimately responsible for what their agent does or does not do so you still have to be up to date and on the ball but if you know you have a good agent it is a weight off your mind.
