I rented my flat for 2 years - I found 1 Let to be really professional and responsive and they always got back to me really quickly- for example when I had minor maintenance issues that needed to be resolved. My first letting agency when I moved to Scotland. 1Let is the best letting agency I would say, the response time is quick and will ensure that your concerns are being addressed accordingly. 1LET has been excellent!
One of the best-letting agents I have ever dealt with after 12 years of living in rental properties. The property was clean and in great condition on arrival which coincided with an extremely thorough inventory conducted by a third party. This for me was one of the real highlights of renting with 1LET giving me a piece of mind that a very honest and thorough independent assessment of the property's condition was carried out. All the staff have been wonderful, especially Tina who helped us every step of the way. Couldn't recommend 1LET enough for renting in Edinburgh.

Tina-Dawn Hopking, who handled our application, made prompt contact with us concerning any criteria to be met, and helped us secure the tenancy very quickly.
During our tenancy, when we have noticed some areas for minor repairs, Kathryn Mathie (our property manager) has always provided instant replies via email or phone. She coordinated the repairs efficiently, arranged great contractors, and checked up on us thereafter. She is very friendly and welcoming, always patient in answering our queries. Excellent customer service, beyond our expectations.
To conclude, 1Let is the best agency we have come across during our extensive property search. Prompt response, transparent, never keeps us hanging. All members do their utmost to help tenants with the whole letting process. I highly recommend 1Let to any prospective tenants. Many thanks!

Living overseas I was worried that it would be difficult to get my property on the Lettings market. I contacted Ken at 1LET and I am very happy to say he guided me through the process every step of the way and was extremely helpful and friendly. The property was marketed and within days we had a tenant in line. The photos and video on the website were excellent. I have had limited contact with other staff members at the moment, but those I have had contact with have been also helpful and friendly (Tina, Kim, Beata).
