I am at the end of my second year renting with 1LET and have to date never had a problem they were unable to resolve promptly and professionaly.
Any issues we've had, no matter how insignificant they seem, have been dealt with immediately and courteously by our agent, Ken.
We hear horror stories from several of our friends regarding companies they let with but have had no such problems and would gladly use 1LET again in the future.
