So as first time buyers my girlfriend and I were very apprehensive about not only purchasing our new home but the entire process in general.

We had several viewings with various other estate agents and one thing that was clear from the off was that Gascoigne Pees were head and shoulders above the others in terms of service. We immediately felt at ease and supported during our purchase and the whole process was made so much easier by the handling of Emily.

She was informative and helpful as well as constantly up to date with any news we needed to know about. She went above and beyond all the way from the first telephone conversation down to the completion date - were she even tried to take the left mattress away in her own car despite the size issues.

I've recommended Gascoigne Pees to everyone who I have since spoken to and so much so that my family are now using them to sell their property.

Once again I just want to thank Emily as well as all of the other members of staff who I dealt with during this process. Every single one of them were extremely accommodating and helpful.
