Mainly dealing with Holly who was super helpful and very responsive. She would get back to any queries I had pretty quickly and also guided me through what I needed to provide which was useful.

Only came across Eliza on the day the tenant moved in but she seemed very thorough and the tenant was really happy with her which made the transition really smooth. A happy tenant from the beginning always helps!

Also wanted to provide positive feedback for Heather who was the first person I dealt with, she managed to arrange everything at the beginning without needing much from me which was super helpful because I'm not local. The pictures she took were great and she was also really responsive. I rang around most estate agents and I purely went with Hannells because of the conversation I had with Heather and unlike others she took the time to speak to me properly before she knew if I was going to let through Hannells (rather than other estate agencies who were not helpful at all!)

Generally couldn't ask for much more, thank you to the whole team including those I probably didn't come across but helped. Really pleased with having the tenant in and all sorted before Christmas so I can relax!
