Not having moved for 30 odd years it was with some trepidation that we came to market our house. However, once Paul had been to see us and we decided to market the house with him, everything went well. Viewings were all arranged with plenty of notice except ironically one with only 15 minutes notice which was our eventual buyers! Once we had received and accepted the offer Paula kept us updated as to the progress of the sale and everything went smoothly without any snags. Thanks to all the staff at PerryBishop in Tetbury

Perry Bishop in Tetbury deserve some praise for the service and value the whole team provide. Im a property developer and have recently started some new projects in the area and one of them has been acquired through Perry Bishop. Once we completed, we kept in touch and sought advice on the finishes we are looking at for the project to best suit the market and what is needed in the locality. We recently purchased a property in Tetbury for our son through Perry Bishop. Lynn Pimm, part of the Sales Progression Team was absolutely excellent and without her continuous communication & guidance things may have been very different. I bought through Perry Bishop Tetbury and have been very impressed with their service from start to finish. In particular I dealt with Ollie and Lynn: both friendly, helpful and professional people - I can't praise them enough for the work they have done to get my purchase to completion during very difficult and unusual times.
Upon completion I received a welcome pack which was generous and well thought out and even included anti-bac wipes, hand gel, 2 coffee cups and more importantly COFFEE!

Perry Bishop were efficient and the Tetbury office provided a good service. However, they really came into their own with the management of the sales process after offer acceptance. Lynn communicated regularly, was very efficient and religiously persistent in her ambition to keep tabs on the sale and speed it's completion. A complex chain which could have fallen apart had she not glued it together and dragged it to the finish line!

Perry Bishop Tetbury - simply brilliant.
We had a really poor experience with the other Estate Agent in Tetbury town centre, so we moved over to Perry Bishop.
From the first meeting - before we had even agreed to sign with them - the PB team at Tetbury under the leadership of Helen Pugh have been first class.
- The initial valuation meeting at our house with Helen was professional and confidence-building, and we signed up the next day.
- The photography, narrative and presentation of our property on Rightmove was simply a class above what we had experienced previously.
- The viewings that followed were well organised, professionally carried out and feedback from every single viewing was both immediate and thorough.
Within three weeks we had offers from two proceedable buyers, and managed to achieve the full asking price for an individual property selling at an aspirational price that would not appeal to all, a rare achievement in today's uncertain climate.
Put simply - Perry Bishop Tetbury made this happen, and we are so grateful and also impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and also compassion when it was needed.
It is true that Estate Agents do not always have the best of reputations. I can only recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell their house anywhere in this area contacts Perry Bishop in Tetbury. They are a genuinely class act and we are so pleased – and relieved - that we had the good fortune to work with them.
