Sam deliberately misleads customers. He tells one customer that a flat is unavailable and then tells another customer that it is available. He also cancels viewing 15 minutes before an appointment on a regular basis. He is extremely rude, talks down to customers and amusingly assumes that tenants somehow know nothing. When asked what your budget it, he snorted - perhaps he ought to be aware that actually, that is what we are 'prepared' to spend and not what we 'can' actually spend. I also have another property in London that I was going to ask them to manage for me, although I will no longer be doing this because of his attitude and lies. Be aware, these guys are sharks and they do not care about tenants at all and this is implied in their extremely condescending 'tenants guide'. Just stay clear and deal with another agent with better manners, more intelligence and more respect for the person who pays the bulk of their fees.

Terrible. There is a fee for everything - it's almost as though they don't want you to move in. Worked out at £600 for a high earning professional couple.

Terrible. There is a fee for everything - it's almost as though they don't want you to move in. Worked out at £600 for a high earning professional couple.
