If we lived in America, Madison Oakley might be in danger of being known by another name than 'estate agent'. 'Move counsellors' might be a more apt description, or as masters of their trade, 'moveologists'. From start to finish, they have been a first class service, outstripping every other agent we have dealt with. We chose Madison Oakley because they were realistic. We had three valuations on our house, and they came out somewhere in the middle to upper section - but were not the highest. Carey took the time to talk to us about his valuation, showed us comparable properties and what features of our house either increased or decreased its value. He also explained the process and timeline of valuation to the house being on the market - and kept to it. We'll choose Madison Oakley again because they were trustworthy. They told us how the photos needed to look, what we needed to do to get the best sale and importantly, what not to do. We had no hesitation giving them full access to our home and the results of how they displayed the house online we fantastic. We'll choose Madison Oakley again because they were reliable. Their registered customer base created a strong demand for viewings which they fitted around our ability to be in and out of the house. With a 3 year old and working from home, this might have been an issue, but it never was. They also secured us a full asking price, cash offer on day one. We'll choose Madison Oakley again because they communicated with us. Sarah was always one step ahead, even informing us of things our solicitor was supposed to have told us! It has been refreshing throughout to have one of the professions in the process truly understanding good customer service. Sarah liaised with the buyers and kept them calm whilst we couldn't find a property to buy but also kept a genuine interest in us and our house buying journey. We'll choose Madison Oakley because they're experienced and professional and go the extra mile. When we panicked that there was nothing on the market, Carey searched for properties for us, showing not only a full understanding of what we wanted, but who we were and what we needed. They advised us on surveys, reassured us about properties, linked us to trades. We're so excited to be moving to our new home - which Carey found for us, despite being on with another agent. We'll choose Madison Oakley again because they're local, knowledgeable and kind. They know Bath, know their profession and know how to treat a customer. Well done Madison Oakley, and thank you.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Madison certainly work for their money - in fact they go above an beyond, so unlike some, you know they're working for you and have your interests at heart. Would I have gone online and done it all myself? NEVER.

As a first time home-buyer and a foreigner, I was very pleased to have been helped by Madison Oakley Estate Agents and Carey in the purchase of an apartment in Bath. I was very happy and impressed with his knowledge of the property, his honesty and advice, and friendliness. Having to leave England during the Covid-19 situation, I kept in regular contact with Carey regarding my purchase of the property until I returned, and he always replied to my emails very quickly and was very helpful in answering any questions I had. I was also in contact with Sarah and Amanda over email, and I am very pleased with how helpful and flexible they both were, for example in finding me a time to view the property, and updating me on the progress of my purchase. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience with Madison Oakley and would definitely contact them again. Thank you!

Kieran was helpful, friendly, funny and not too pushy. He showed me around the property and the area. He discussed all of the procedures in great detail and his knowledge of the market was impeccable. As an expert in my field I know how to wow my clients and demonstrate my knowledge; and it is clear Kieran is able to do the same. I had a viewing with Kieran on Friday at a property in Oldfield Park. My situation is unique where I am a home owner in London but I am looking to rent in Bath on a short term basis before purchasing a property here. As I have not rented in a long time, I had a variety of questions such as how the move in process worked, where my deposit would be protected, what happens regarding maintenance etc. He answered all satisfactorily and was happy to take the time to discuss my situation. He also explained that he had a sales team who could assist in my new purchase and even offered advice on the London rental market as I am considering renting my property out! Annoyingly this property is not right for me but overall top service and will definitely be returning.

As a student in Bath you can often feel as though everyone is against you but having Sally looking after us throughout our 1 year tenancy was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her as she would repeatedly stop by whenever there were any problems to give us advice. We received a few unfair noise complaints (as we lived on a busy road and seemed to be blamed for any noise made by everyone walking past) but she always believed and defended us. She stopped me from potentially cutting my toes off when she came by and saw me mowing the lawn in slippers and then gave us a demo on how to use the gardening equipment safely. She went above and beyond for our group and we can't thank her enough for her kindness.

Keiran showed my Partner and I around Parry Close yesterday. I was running late for the appointment which was already arranged after office hours. He spent a long time going through the whole house and allowed us to inspect all rooms and the garden in our own leisure. The thing I liked about him was that he did not rush us and took the time to discuss the process clearly. He discussed what amenities were in the vicinity and actually walked us around the block! He made it clear at the viewing we had time to think about whether we could see ourselves living there and did not have to make a decision immediately. This particular property was a little bit too small for my Partner and I, as we are expecting a baby in December. I work in Marketing so understand the power of good reviews and I feel Keiran went the 'extra mile' so deserves this. I am eagerly waiting to see if Maddison Oakley get any more properties in the future as we will definitely arrange another viewing. Thanks again.
