As a student in Bath you can often feel as though everyone is against you but having Sally looking after us throughout our 1 year tenancy was amazing. As a student in Bath you can often feel as though everyone is against you but having Sally looking after us throughout our 1 year tenancy was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her as she would repeatedly stop by whenever there were any problems to give us advice. We received a few unfair noise complaints (as we lived on a busy road and seemed to be blamed for any noise made by everyone walking past) but she always believed and defended us. She stopped me from potentially cutting my toes off when she came by and saw me mowing the lawn in slippers and then gave us a demo on how to use the gardening equipment safely. She went above and beyond for our group and we can't thank her enough for her kindness.
