This was the second time we approached Madisaon -Oakley about an advertised property to let.
The first was, looking back at it, a little small for our needs although very nice, and on that occasion we missed out on the property anyway.
This worked in our favour as when we approached Will again, he was extremely helpful. I saw the property immediately and although it was in the middle of a quite substantial renovation, I could see it was perfect for our needs and fell in love with it. We put in an immediate offer and after a couple of days had it accepted. After the referencing went through after dealing with their very helpful referencing company, a date was set to move in a couple of weeks later.
We've now been here 7 weeks and it feels like we've been here years.
Very happy with the service Willum gave us at Madison-Oakley and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property in Bath.

Madison Oakley has a very fair and easily understood fee system and is much better than other local agents.

I have used Madison Oakley for four years. As a tenant I have found them to be an excellent agency. the property was as described, the process of viewing was simple and convenient and completed very professionally. Dealing with reference checks and deposits was also easy and their fees were extremely reasonable compared with other letting agents in the Bath area. Since moving in to the property they have been respectful when completing the necessary checks on the property. We have only had a couple of issues since moving in. Both concerning the gas boiler and both were dealt with efficiently and politely. There is never a problem reaching the agent when we need to and the whole experience of renting from them has been a pleasure.

Madison Oakley have managed the Tenancy of my property for a period of almost three years.
During that time I have found them to be highly professional in all our dealings. Communication has been first class at all times through Willum and his excellent support staff. Tenants selected have honoured their obligations and respected the property.
Physical needs of the house have been identified quickly and remedial repair undertaken where necessary to my entire satisfaction.
Highly recommended.
