Kieran was helpful, friendly, funny and not too pushy. He showed me around the property and the area. He discussed all of the procedures in great detail and his knowledge of the market was impeccable. As an expert in my field I know how to wow my clients and demonstrate my knowledge; and it is clear Kieran is able to do the same. This property did not tick the boxes for me or my family but I will definitely be returning to deal with Kieran at Madison Oakley. Thank you again Kieran.

I had a viewing with Kieran on Friday at a property in Oldfield Park. My situation is unique where I am a home owner in London but I am looking to rent in Bath on a short term basis before purchasing a property here. As I have not rented in a long time, I had a variety of questions such as how the move in process worked, where my deposit would be protected, what happens regarding maintenance etc. He answered all satisfactorily and was happy to take the time to discuss my situation. He also explained that he had a sales team who could assist in my new purchase and even offered advice on the London rental market as I am considering renting my property out! Annoyingly this property is not right for me but overall top service and will definitely be returning.

We had a viewing with Kieron a couple of weeks ago. Keiran showed my Partner and I around Parry Close yesterday. I was running late for the appointment which was already arranged after office hours. He spent a long time going through the whole house and allowed us to inspect all rooms and the garden in our own leisure. The thing I liked about him was that he did not rush us and took the time to discuss the process clearly. He discussed what amenities were in the vicinity and actually walked us around the block! He made it clear at the viewing we had time to think about whether we could see ourselves living there and did not have to make a decision immediately. This particular property was a little bit too small for my Partner and I, as we are expecting a baby in December. I work in Marketing so understand the power of good reviews and I feel Keiran went the 'extra mile' so deserves this. I am eagerly waiting to see if Maddison Oakley get any more properties in the future as we will definitely arrange another viewing. Thanks again.

I have had lots of dealings with other agents who offer the âhard sellâ and do not feel interested in an individual's needs. We left things on a very positive note. I would have no hesitating in recommending Madison Oakley to friends and family in the future and would feel very comfortable renting through them.
