I bought a house through the Oakwood branch and I have to say that it was a very pleasurable and stress free experience. When I rang into the branch, I always got a cheery greeting and found that any enquiry was dealt with promtly and thouroughly no matter who picked the phone up. I'd also like to give a special thank you to Laura and Shelley. Laura handled the negotiations really well. She was professional and clear at all times and she made sure that we all knew what was going on. Brilliant. Once the offer was excepted Shelley then took over. Shelley was always upbeat, a pleasure to work with and she got the job done. She worked hard to keep everyone informed of the situation and she even managed to organise completion to line up exactly with with the day that my builder could start the renovation works on the property. This, for me, was really important as my builder would've had to start another job and I would've had to wait if we completed any later. Shelley understood this and really pushed (whilst still smiling) to help make it happen. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend the Oakwood branch. Thank you to all involved.
