We had a great experience selling our property with Mannings! The house went on the market quickly. The viewings were booked considerately and the offers were explained to us well. Helen and Ellie were integral in making that an easy process for us.
Once our house sold we were very well supported by Gemma and Rochelle. They communicated with us regularly and professionally. When our first buyer stopped responding, Gemma and Rochelle were great at chasing a reply and giving us advice. Eventually we resold to a new buyer and we received the same great support. I’d recommend these agents to any one!

5 stars is not enough to give to Rochelle and Gemma. Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal.
As a first time buyer, the conveyancing process was anxiety provoking for me.
Rochelle and Gemma were on hand to answer any questions I had. They also gave me reassurance throughout the duration of the conveyancing process, as at times I was anxious about delays to the process, that were beyond my control.
Rochelle and Gemma provided me with regular updates regarding the purchase.
Furthermore, they liaised with the seller on my behalf, about any specific questions I had regarding the property.
Rochelle and Gemma are professional, friendly, polite, proactive and they have great listening skills.
Rochelle and Gemma understand that clients can sometimes be anxious about buying or selling property, so they endeavour to build a good rapport with clients to ensure a smooth transition of a property with no issues for the buyer or seller.
I am eternally grateful to you both for your support with my purchase and wish you both continued success with your careers.
You both are brilliant representatives of Manning Staunton and I would definitely recommend you both and Manning Stainton to clients in need of an estate agent.
