I find this agency to be very unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest. We were told wrong information about the property just so they can close the sale. What agent could do to change your mind?
They have had many chances to rectify their actions but I don\'t think its in their culture to make things right. They are just concerned about their sale, but after the sale, you are on your own.

I used Whiteknights in Lower Earley to sell my one bedroom house and couldn't fault them. They were quick to get the house on the market and organize viewings for prospective buyers. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
