I used Whiteknights in Lower Earley to sell my one bedroom house and couldn't fault them. They were quick to get the house on the market and organize viewings for prospective buyers. They kept us informed, but weren't pushy. This was a blessing as the estate agents we were buying through were the complete opposite making it very stressful at times. I usually have quite a negative, sterotypical view of estate agents in general, but I can honestly say they were genuinely friendly and had our best interests in mind, not just their final fee. I bought the same house initially through them 4years ago and I would definately use them again.

We had a bad experience with one of the agent of whitenights named Anna. Really rude and condescending tone over the phone. She was unnecessarily trying to argue over the petty details . She also refused to show the property unless we talk their mortgage advisor despite telling them that we already have mortgage in place through another provider. We understand the legality of the process of buying the house but she put us off with her condescending behaviour. She obviously needed more training. We then talked to her manager, Emma, who was polite and she apologised on Anna's behalf. I hope their clients are aware that whitenights are turning the possible buyers away.

I found Rob Milne very nice and polite on first instance. I found Rob Milne very nice and polite on first instance. Once I handed over my property to rent with them, they were rude, unprofessional, careless for my documents, expensive on maintenance charges, wont pay if I higher outside engineer to resolve the issue, problem with multiple invoices, no support for ending tenancy (as they loose monthly income), unnecessary expenses for cleaning the house (tenant was happy do themselves)... the list goes on.

I had a very disappointing experience with Whiteknights Lower Earley (Simon Wilkinson) in trying to buy a property. He was very misleading. However for three days straight he made up excuses in trying to send me memo of sale while everything was complete from my end and there was something fishy going in the background. This behaviour is extremely unprofessional and I would advise everyone who is thinking to buy a property with Whiteknights to think twice about what kind of mental stress you are getting into.

Whiteknights were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic in helping us sell our home. They managed to find a buyer for us very quickly and kept us updated throughout the process of the sale. The process of moving home (for anyone) is stressful to say the least, but Ken, Simon and Tom were always a pleasure to talk to and managed to make me laugh throughout the process. Excellent service!

Rude. I have no other words than that. This woman has no kind of people skills and treated me like a criminal every single time I dealt with her. I really hope this woman learns to be better with people because If it wasn't for the money I had already put down I would have chosen another company straight away. They lied to me straight away with move-in dates and prices kept changing I just don't understand.

I gave two weeks notice that i was very interested in a flat and that id like to take the spot immediately but didn't get any reply. when prompted she begrudgingly gave half replies and forget about who she was dealing with only to tell me the property has been taken without changing the website details or notifying anyone.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They have had many chances to rectify their actions but I don\'t think its in their culture to make things right. They are just concerned about their sale, but after the sale, you are on your own.

Not at all helpful when things went wrong with the house. We did not get any service at all from these guys, they don't deserve the fees they charge for.
