I had to pay higher commission for the privilege too as I had a more competitive deal with another agent who was trying to sell at the asking price. Whiteknights convinced me they'd have no issues.
Poor communication. Frequently had to chase for updates and for intervention when the buyer messed me around or was slow.
Received the invoice BEFORE even being told that the sale had gone through (a week later than planned), with no congratulations or anything.
Overall wasn't happy with the service, embellished capabilities, always felt like they were only interested in the money. Wouldn't use again. Gave 2 stars just because they sold it.
