Over promised saying that they had a network of buyers and were confident they would meet my asking price - ended up selling through pure luck after I dropped the price significantly. I now see this as an absolute lie just to get me to sign with them. I had to pay higher commission for the privilege too as I had a more competitive deal with another agent who was trying to sell at the asking price. Whiteknights convinced me they'd have no issues. Poor communication. Frequently had to chase for updates and for intervention when the buyer messed me around or was slow. Received the invoice BEFORE even being told that the sale had gone through (a week later than planned), with no congratulations or anything. Overall wasn't happy with the service, embellished capabilities, always felt like they were only interested in the money. Wouldn't use again. Gave 2 stars just because they sold it.

After a horrible experience with Prospect, we signed up with WhiteKnights. We were kept informed of progress, and after several viewings had a successful sale. If only we had signed up with WhiteKnights intially! We would not hesitate to recommend this... Read Full Review
