Initial contact was positive. Agent agreed readily to match competitors' fees. Valuation was between 50-70k above those of other agencies which concerned us but were assured this was realistic. The initial fee structure was unacceptable. However the agency did agree to match competitors at 1%. This would have been reasonable had the service matched the level indicated in the contract

I had several valuation from all the local agents which were all very high and manufactured, Ian from sharman quinney was very honest in his valuation, they sold the property in a couple of week for the asking price, they charge more than any other agent but you certainly get what you pay for with...
