I had several valuation from all the local agents which were all very high and manufactured, Ian from sharman quinney was very honest in his valuation, they sold the property in a couple of week for the asking price, they charge more than any other agent but you certainly get what you pay for with oundle agents, would highly recommend ian and linda and sharman quinney oundle

Initial contact was positive. Agent agreed readily to match competitors' fees. Valuation was between 50-70k above those of other agencies which concerned us but were assured this was realistic. The initial fee structure was unacceptable. However the agency did agree to match competitors at 1%. This would have been reasonable had the service matched the level indicated in the contract
