Could not have had better agents. Could not have had better agents. Kept me up to date with all feedback from viewers, and when the first sale fell through ( thanks to buyers no longer able to get mortgage), found me new buyers within a couple of days. They were always available to chat and were incredibly helpful in assisting me with documents. I would recommend them to any prospective seller.

Lack of professionalism from the management side. We moved in 10 months agor in a flat full of issues (no hot water nor heating for our 3 first days in winter), with a broken boiler which is breaking every 2 weeks. Our request for boiler change are being ignored as well as all the other issues... Read Full Review

Lack of professionalism from the management side.
We moved in 10 months agor in a flat full of issues (no hot water nor heating for our 3 first days in winter), with a broken boiler which is breaking every 2 weeks.
Our request for boiler change are being ignored as well as all the other issues (damp house,fox infestation because of broken shed where they live in, and more ....) which are being ignored.
We are fighting about everything and no being heard.
This is unacceptable for the price we are paying we NEVER has a week without an issue since 10 month.
Now the landlord surprisingly is thinking to sell the flat and is asking us to vacant the house in 2 months on our contract renewal date... How convenient!
If I'd known I would have avoid them at all cost.
The worse experience I've ever had as a tenant.

We had a terrible experience renting through Rolfe. The agent we were in contact with was communicating extremely poorly and was not keeping us up to date on our move in date, which was delayed by several days due to the referencing agency discriminating against my flatmate on the basis of their gender identity. Rolfe took no responsibility at all for the poor communication on their part or for working with an awful incompetent referencing agency. Upon moving in there were several issues with the state of the flat that still needed to be addressed - despite the delay in the move in date, several things were not ready when we moved in. We contacted the agency about it and they were completely unhelpful and refused to do anything about it at all. I would strongly recommend staying away from Rolfe if you care at all about reliable communication, maintenance or moving in on time.

I can't heap enough praise on the guys at Rolfe East, Acton. Lawrence and his fabulous team were a pleasure to work with. From the start their calm, sensitive and encouraging approach made us feel safe in their hands. There were no false promises just a honest and proper approach. They brought the right people to view resulting in 4 offers after 4 hrs of viewing. We bought from them too, again no chasing them, they kept us informed at every stage making the process relatively stress free. We would definitely recommend them and use them again. 10/10

I had a lovely mews house to sell, but in a tricky location (nearby development pending). Laurence, Patrick and James did a great job getting viewings arranged in the tricky Oct-Dec period, although successful sale not reached until Mar. This came in the same week that we secured out onward property, so couldn't have been happier. They're a great team and work hard for the client, and have very reasonable commission rate. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Generally all worked like clockwork as far as the agents were concerned. Laurence Truett in particular was phenomenally efficient, first putting all prospective buyers in touch, then wrapping the sale up quickly and with good advice. When our purchase went pear-shaped because of mendacious solicitors he was effective in banging heads together and getting things moving again. The firm of solicitors recommended were very bad at communicating though.

The agent supported us throughout the transaction from initial valuation right through to completion , keeping us updated at all times.
