Started off with a great service from Lucy during the valuation and photos being taken of our property. Soon went down hill when you have to deal with Julie. Jayne was dealing with our property however she only works 3 days a week so there's not many updates or news on a Thursday/Friday from her. If you need to speak with them on these days you're often put through to Julie who has the worst customer service skills for the role she has. Unacceptable language and behaviour from her. It's a real shame that the Wibsey office has a manager who has shocking behaviour when the rest of the team were so nice to deal with. Julie puts you off using Robert Watts again. If you complain though you're told that your complaint is made up and didn't happen.

I was constantly kept update throughout the process of buying my first home, if I'm honest I feel I didn't have to do a thing! I couldn't recommend them enough!!

Where shall I start with these Crooks
Put property on markets cheap so every calls the office, Only to be told they are fully booked more lies
Gain lots of interest from the local community for the House, Have no intention of calling anybody back to book a viewing.
I was willing to pay the asking price no morgate etc would sell me the House ,
This is not the first time this happen to me with these Pathetic Estate Agents 4 times same deal. Thats why I thought ill leave them a review and let others aware of what they are doing
Lie that there Diary is full all the time, apparently there Diary has been full since 1995.
Live next door to 1 property recently they put for sale and told me they had viewings all week, not a single person called round at all.
Called again and same excuse again were busy full etc More Lies

Absolutely disgusting and Horrible Customer Service! Why would you have a property still advertised and listed if your not accepting any offers or doing any viewings??
To be sidelined and made to feel like an inconvenience is totally unacceptable. To not even take our details and not even assist with the query is totally not acceptable the least you can provide is an adequate level of service, by not engaging or interacting with a customer your essentially not providing a service that should be a bare minimum and also throwing away business.
Please guys I would urge DONT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE TREATED AWFUL AT SOME OF THE PROCESS WHETHER YOUR BUYING OR SELLING.

I have recently sold my property and purchased a new home through Robert Watts estate agents in Wibsey Bradford.
I would like to make reference to a very special individual called Harmony Attwood. The quality of the service and her professionalism in every aspect of their business was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking to buy, sell or even renting a property.
The amount of effort Harmony put into the whole transaction was phenomenal despite not being instructed by me for the sale of my property, that didn’t stop her from making regular calls/emails and even negotiating with various departments on my behalf for me. I would also like to thank the branch manager Julie who along with Harmony stayed on up to an hour after they had closed, just to sort out a problem I encountered during the transaction pre exchanging contracts with my buyer.
Thank you once again guys and keep up the good work. If you want to know the true meaning of top service then get down to Robert Watts Wibsey office.

we purchased a property from them, and as we didnt resell through them i received a call from the branch manager saying shes annoyed at me? i did call them to arrange a valuation bt either due to lack of staff or pure incompetance the calls never get answered, which reflected in my decision to go with a different agent. However due to the unfriendly and quite confrontational phone call i would NEVER use them again!
its a shame one branch manager, doesnt have the forsight regarding any future business and spoils the reputation of the company (which is not hers, so guess she doesnt care). Well done wibsey branch.. not

I have recently moved out of a property let by this agent, and from start to finish they have been an absolute joke, they took forever to contact us with a move in date, when the insurance company they use, were ringing us with a move in date. When we arrived at the property, both gardens were full of weeds and rubbish, they had rusted and broken things in the gardens, which we removed. Now that we've moved out the property is in a better condition than when we arrived, and they are trying to blame us for minor things that were as we found them. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone and I certainly won't be using them again. There were also damages to fences and gates and various other things, that were never repaired, and things that were dangerous to children, that were never sorted out, both landlord and agency are a joke and I am very disappointed with the service provided

I have not dealt with this agency before (and I wont be) but as so many other reviews have said they charge for renewal of contracts when they already have charged for credit checks and admin fees initially, so effectively charging for your signatures!

Terrible let down and disgraceful service. I was due to view a property on Saturday morning 5th November when I received a call to cancel the appointment as the property wasn't ready yet. When I rang back to ask if we could still view the property as my husband questioned it the lady that answered said something about the landlord having the keys and that she would ring me back and never did. Nor did I receive a phone call Monday to re-arrange as promised. As reading from the other reviews which ultimately led me to leave my own, this agency are obviously not thinking of the interests of the customer or are just incompetent.

From beginning to end with this company I have been messed about. Went for a viewing of 2 flats next door to each other to be told I was only seeing the one flat. Then I told them that I do not wish to move until end of July due to a change in job which they then advised me to go for a flat that still had a tenant in who was due to move out as decoration work would need to be done and a move in date that I wished would be available. I then went to a viewing of this flat on Saturday which NO ONE turned up too, to be told that they called and left a voicemail. This DID NOT HAPPEN, I had no miss call or voicemail left to cancel the viewing. They then repeatedly tried to pressure me into paying the application fee without knowing if the landlord would accept a later move in than usual. They said they would ring me back and on more than one occasion, I have had to ring them. I feel as if I have repeatedly been messed around by them and think it is ridiculous that they knew my situation yet didn't offer a suitable solution, just repeatedly let me down.

So after a year we needed a bigger house so found one under Robert Watts Again. A perfect family house with a huge garden. WORST decision we could of ever made. They are only bothered about making Money and not bothered about their tenants. They do nothing but mess you around. Tell you that you can move in on one date, then when the day has comes, and all you belongings are packed away, you can't have the keys yet! They charge an extortionate admin and guarantor fee of £100 EACH and as my other half doesn't work, she's not on the new tenancy but they still Take the money!! They are nothing but trouble !!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! No matter how nice the house might be.

Unfortunately when I moved in I had a noise nuisance neighbour, Robert Watts dealt with this issue immediately and continued to work with the neighbour until he was eventually served notice to leave his property. They have conducted regular visits to check my property and have always been accomodating for my availability, as I work full time. There were some issues with the landlord not giving authorisation for the boiler replacement, but Louise at Robert Watts perservered and ensured that they represented me as a client, not just him - which resulted in the boiler being replaced.

I rented my apartment with Robert Watts for just over 5 years. Throughout this period, they were very helpful and I found them to be very supportive. They have conducted regular visits to check my property and have always been accomodating for my availability, as I work full time. There were some issues with the landlord not giving authorisation for the boiler replacement, but Louise at Robert Watts perservered and ensured that they represented me as a client, not just him - which resulted in the boiler being replaced.
I have recently ended my tenancy due to becoming an owner occupier. The handover was smooth and again the staff as Robert Watts were polite and accomodating for my needs.
If I was to rent again, I would definately consider Robert Watts as an agent!

On move out the landlord or landlady will not be present, however they will lay charges at your door to try to get bond money from you after move out.
On most occasions they will get part of bond back because most tenants need the bond back quickly therefore forfeit some of the bond money otherwise your money is stuck whilst in dispute.
Recent in my case i was charged to trim hedges owned by the council, i have contacted the council they are investigating.
Robert Watts Ltd have a like it or lump it attitude and take the Gardner's word for his work
