As a solicitor who specializes in commercial property work, I have frequent dealings with agents but very rarely residential agents. Accordingly when I came to sell my own property, i was guided by recommendations rather than personal experience. I was thoroughly delighted with the service I received from Robert Watts. My initial contact was with James Watts who remained fully aware of what was happening but the day to day conduct was handled by Kayleigh Sebastenelli. I cannot speak highly enough of her efforts. Throughout she remained pleasant, efficient and thoroughly professional. She kept me fully informed of what was happening and ensured that the matter progressed to completion. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone wanting to sell their property.

From booking a viewing to signing for the keys we were kept in the loop and they covered everything for us.
Customer service like this is rare to find in such a competitive business, but it has promoted me to write a review and to thank them.

Go on a training course and develop their people skills which are non existant .

I am renting a property from Watts in Cleckheaton in the interim to buying another property.
The whole experience has been awful, the management have come across as defiant, rude and cocky with little or no respect shown to me as a paying tenant. The house was filthy on moving in and I took it upon myself to thoroughly clean and keep the home as nice as possible considering the state of the property. I picked the house because of the location it was near to my Mum who recently had an operation so i could look after her and I knew I would keep the home clean and tidy which I have.
I would not recommend watts estate agents in Cleckheaton and I look forward to buying a property from another estate agents where I will look for excellent value for their customers and professionalism, neither of these qualities exist within the team at Cleckheaton.
