Robert Watts Estate Agents is truly a family concern. It was established by Bob Watts in 1979 and he whilst he is still involved on a consultancy basis, the professionally qualified firm is now run by his three children James, J
ohn and Kate, ably assisted by our vastly experienced and loyal staff members. All three have grown up within the business and have experience at every level, which we feel is so important in helping our clients and all our directors are available on a day to day basis.
The firm includes not only the estate agency sales division but also a thriving rentals department with over 800 managed houses, a successful auction service, an "in-house" conveyancing arm, a land and new homes department, a chartered surveying division as well as offering financial planning and mortgages. The firm currently employs 30 staff spread over 5 offices who all live within the area and have a staggering amount of experience in the industry. We are also proud to have just opened an exciting new office in Shelf, HX3 after acquiring long established agent Bennett Kaye.
We were delighted to be recognised within the top 3% of estate agents throughout the country at the 2020 EA Master event in conjunction with Rightmove and the Property Academy and our ground breaking new Online Tracker service has been developed to allow our clients to monitor their sale or let 24/7. Looking after our loyal customers is so important to ensure we continue to deliver a first rate service and we are also proud past ESTAS winners with gold for Yorkshire's 'Best Rental Chain' and bronze for 'Best Letting Agent' for the whole of the UK.
We have been an official partner of Bradford City Football Club and are keen on supporting local grass roots sport at all levels with continued sponsorship of Gomersal Cricket Club. We also continue to support many other local causes including Eliza's Picnic, an annual charity event in Cleckheaton for juvenille arthritis.

This a great local estate agents with staff that care about their customers and the service they provide. We bought our new home late last year and the team were very helpful in helping us progress the completion as soon as possible, and managing other stakeholders.
B&K also sold our previous home, they were flexible and used their vast experience along with our input to and effectively sell our property and secure a price that we were very happy with.

Kira and Autumn were both really helpful and responded efficiantly to any queries we had. They were all very professional, knowledgeable and kept us upto date via telephone and email.
Another member of staff (male) initially met us on our first veiwing who was also really helpful.
Staff were flexible in meeting our needs to accomerdate times we were availible to view the property.
In the future selling or buying i will definatly be back!

Oh where to start...
I cannot recommend Bennett Kaye highly enough! From the initial phone conversation with the lovely Autumn about a property for sale (that we are now starting week three of our lovely life in!) to meeting the amazing Kira- the prompt, efficient transition to getting our house on the market... and sold they have proved time and time again to be a dream team. They invested so much time and effort into our journey.
Through the fault of no one our sale fell through a number of times but they were proactive and had more viewings ready and booked in before we could dwell on it!
Kira is amazing! She is the type of person you need by your side when things aren't plain sailing. She offers you solutions not problems and keeps a calm and level head when you need it the most. And can make you laugh through tears of frustration!
They may be a small team but that is of benefit to customers as you end up feeling truly valued and not just a number on the books. You build a relationship with them and that is needed in what can be stressful times.
There are many agents out there who promise you the world but Kira delivered all that and more and I urge people to start with Bennett Kaye. For 100% customer care and satisfaction they are exceptional.
We cannot thank Kira and the whole team enough. You made our dreams come true.
