What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should be honest, if there is a problem do not be nice when visiting the property and later on complain by email. If agent visits property before I leave, should give clear criteria about what should be put in order. If I as a tenant have a problem with the provided furniture, I do not want to discuss twenty times and send photos over photos of broken, stained and dirty furniture before I get it replaced. The agent gets paid by the landlord, so he should do a good job maintaining the property in a good order and not use the landlord as an excuse for his unabilities. The company should make clear that information is passed from one agent to the next if one goes on vacation, so that I do not need to explain again and again what the problem is.Attached Filesnbsp;
