An absolute disgrace please don't use *, I've never encountered a company ran so inafficently, the customer service is a joke and God help you getting work done!!!!! Walk away for any property linked to this set of complete mesers!!!!!! Oh and they kept my mail and tried not paying my bond... Read Full Review

An absolute disgrace please don't use *, I've never encountered a company ran so inafficently, the customer service is a joke and God help you getting work done!!!!! Walk away for any property linked to this set of complete mesers!!!!!! Oh and they kept my mail and tried not paying my bond back???

I am very annoyed with ppm. Been with them nearly 2 years and whenever something needs doing it takes about a week for them to get somebody out. I am very annoyed with ppm. Been with them nearly 2 years and whenever something needs doing it takes about a week for them to get somebody out. The way one particular women in hindley speaks to you on the phone is appaling. We have spent so much money on our rented house making it look better than it was and they cone out with funny comments like you cant expect landord to buy you a new door well im sorry but i do when i pay 450 pound rent!! We have also heard about them doing anything to make sure you dont get your deposit back at the end.
