Northwood are absolutely Fantastic!
After struggling with other agents and not getting a response Northwood have surprised us massively. They responded via email straight away. Everything has been seamless. Upon being accepted we got sent a link for referencing which was so easy to do and no hassle. The girls at Northwood have been in constant contact with us making sure everything was running ok and are now waiting to move in!

I cannot speak highly enough of the help and support I've recieved from Lauren.
I'm a first time renter and as such have little to no clue what I needed to do and got confused easily with several steps of the application for tenancy but she went out of her way to help me through the process and I believe I'm now well on my way to renting a place I'm very happy with and highly recommend both her and the company for a stress-free and straightfoward service with staff that actually care about you and your needs!!!

I became a tenant with northwood about 4 years. I have had no problems with them! They are very caring and understanding and will go above and beyond to try help you when you need it. It's nice to go into a office full of just ladies and feel comfortable! I first went to Northwood when I found out that they did a service of guaranteed rent. I'd never rented a property before so was a little apprehensive on what to do but Northwood sat me down and talked me through every step and made sure I fully understood. They were so helpful and made it so I had no stress. The ladies were lovely and I felt that I had known them years because they have off such a warm welcome! I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent. It's the best investment I made.

I would like to thank all the staff team at Northwood, Ipswich for the excellent service and support given whilst letting a flat on the Waterfront. Both the facilities and services were excellent, and I fully recommend Northwood to future tenants for the care and attention given. All queries were dealt with immediately, which made everything so easy from signing the letting agreement to finally terminating the letting contract due to moving away from Ipswich - the services and support were great, so a big thank you to all at Northwood, Ipswich.

I had to leave my flat due to bullying and harrasment within my building, i cried myself to sleep most nights and did not even stay in my own home majority of the time. What agent could do to change your mind?
If the agent would have acted in a more professional manor or if the agents would have taken my complaint more seriously i would of reconsidered.

I had to leave my flat due to bullying and harrasment within my building, i cried myself to sleep most nights and did not even stay in my own home majority of the time. I cried to Northwood about this and expressed my upset and how uncomfortable i was in my own home. Northwood did nothing and said to me 'She's very hostile so it will be easier for us to write her a letter' I then went on to explain that i will not be renewing after the 6months as i did not feel comfortable and wanted out. Northwood then said 'I'm sorry that you feel you can't stay but there is not much we can do'. I complained to Northwood in total 3times, in which northwood did nothing, yet I recieved loud noise complaints logged by Northwood stating that loud music was playing in the early hours on the weekend although I was at work when this accured (I work in a bar at night). During these conversations with the agent I let them know of a new contact number. After telling them of this new number 3 times they still did not take the time to write it down or take note, They then went on to phoning my place of work to ask for my contact number, i found this VERY unprofessional. I also found it very unprofessional that my neighbour knew about my places of work and lifestyle due to Northwood disclosing this, this is a breech of data protection and is private, personal information in which they had no right disclosing without my permission, They told my neighbour where i work full time and where i work part time.

When also living in this building i found a lot of faults in which i made the agents aware of, after being told twice in 6months that someone would be in contact to fix these faults, they still have not been fixed. I am now in the process of moving out and have recieved a harsh toned letter stating that any damages or areas in which need fixing i will be liable to pay for, even though i had made them aware these faults where already there.
I am disgusted with their service and will never be using these agents again, I am so happy that i am not renting from them anymore and if anyone can avoid using them, It is best.
