However, Lloyd was the negotiator in the middle trying to ensure that both sides were happy, going the extra mile to ensure we could still proceed. Without him, there’s a good chance it would’ve fallen apart.

I had been looking for a property for around a year and dealt with many agents. Lloyd is one of the few I’d happily work with again. He has everyone’s best interests at heart, is professional and just an all round nice guy.

My interactions with Lloyd has been incredibly professional. From the first time we met at the property till the end, Lloyd was great.
