The service we received from Matt and Blair was particular impressive and we would have no hesitation in recommending their services. Ours was a corporate let and the referencing was a bit painful due to our self employed circumstances, but Matt persisted to ensure that our tight timeframe for moving was met.

The service we received from Matt and Blair was particular impressive and we would have no hesitation in recommending their services. Ours was a corporate let and the referencing was a bit painful due to our self employed circumstances, but Matt persisted to ensure that our tight timeframe for moving was met.
Communication from both Matt and Blair was excellent and what could have been a stressful scenario wasn't thanks to constant updates throughout the process, sometimes with callbacks in the evening out of hours.
Best service from an estate agent we have experienced.

We had a viewing of this property which it seems amazing, that's why straight after the viewing we contacted them to say we want to block the 5 bedroom property so..what is the next step? they told us: I need all the personal details of the 5 of you and give a call to the landlord to approve, hour ... Comments (0) Report abuseWe had a viewing of this property which it seems amazing, that's why straight after the viewing we contacted them to say we want to block the 5 bedroom property so..what is the next step? they told us: I need all the personal details of the 5 of you and give a call to the landlord to approve, hour later our offer was accepted and Madley Property said that the next step is take the money of the WHOLE deposit and I will be able to take out the property of the market. Our reply was: Great! on a Friday evening, but the WHOLE money of the deposit will not be able till Monday (simple reason of some transfers out of UK take longer than 1 day to be effective). We gave the 2nd option to give half of that to secure the property but they didn't accept it and they will pushing telling us they have a few viewings and they can not cancel without the deposit taken. Next Monday, 8.30am on the morning I gave them a call to say, YES WE'VE GOT THE MONEY WE ARE HAPPY TO BOOK!, seconds later I receive a call telling me sorry but we just took the deposit from someone else your property is gone, BUT if we make an offer we can speak with the landlord to cancel their proposal and accept yours. We did an offer puting the price up and we didn't receive any more call since that, and the property still on every single search website with the original price! So, this is our last email to them and how we feel:

Hi Blair,
After all hustle from all these 3/4 days we decided not to deal with your Agency anymore, as we don't feel we had a good threatment. Also, not reply since yestarday or any updated about what is the real situation.
From our hand your credibility is gone, as your property still on the market too. We were really happy to create our own house in that property but not on the way your Agency negociate with us and with any little help in terms of payments. So, please we appreciate that your Agency delete us from your data base with all our details (bank account, names, references...).
So, thank you for your assistance and best of luck for the bussiness!
