I dealt with Madley as a prosepctive tenant for a new 1 bed apartment. I found their service levels to be excellent. I dealt with Madley as a prosepctive tenant for a new 1 bed apartment. I found their service levels to be excellent. Particularly in liasing with both myself, property manager and landlord with my queries on the property and leasing agreement. They were highly responsive turning matters round generally within 24 hours of points being raised. From the point of my offer being accepted to moving-in took just 2-weeks. This I feel is reflective of the service provided to me and the landlord.

We primarily dealt with Emily and felt things were done honestly and straightforwardly with none of the "brinkmanship" type attitudes that I have seen with other letting agents in previous years. She was quick to respond to questions, dynamic to get us around London to other see other ... Read Full Review

The fees included referencing and I felt that was done (by a 3rd party) quite poorly, and used up too much of my time. It seemed to me to have been done by a junior team (probably to the best of their ability) but I\'m not sure what value they were able to add apart from being a way to tick boxes and say \"we have done references\". In particular the reference agency was the same as had been used by a different letting agent for me a year or so back, and yet they came to me repeatedly for help in getting a reference regarding that previous let, including to get the contact details of the letting agent, and then asking me to chase them.

There was also an interaction with Matt, regarding a misalignment with a tricky part of the paperwork at the 11th hour, which I felt he handled in a very personable and professional manner.
I don't normally write reviews, but these guys deserve a positive one.
