massive undervaluation of our property - which sold for 46k more Would not recommend. Marcus Dobson came to give us a valuation of our property and told us that the best we could hope for was £540k - we'd had a number of estate agents out at this time and they had shown us similar properties that were going for £575k and above. Consistently, they told us that the price should be at least £575k (there was actually a similar property, in not as good an area on at this price). Marcus told us that, this property hadn't sold and that he could put it on for any price, but that in his opinion we'd be looking at the £540k mark. We sold our house, shortly after (a matter of a week or so) for £585k. 100% would not recommend - £46k reasons why!

As a former tenant I can't be more relieved to have vacated one of their managed properties in the Smithfield Building. Problems with the property from day one that were still not fully resolved after a year of renting. I was threatened with legal action when I suggested that I would need to seek legal advice against their constant breach of the tenancy agreement. (Despite me paying my rent in full, on time and keeping the property In an excellent standard) They have zero respect or compassion for their tenants and I would recommend that those at the NQ branch go on some customer service training. A month after vacating the property I'm still waiting for overpaid rent from them. I have lost count the amount of times I have chased them for updates. I will never rent a property through Jordan Fishwick again and will actively avoid viewing any property that is on the market with them.

One of the highest around, they even charge £24 for a reference upon changing agents!!

One of the more expensive letting agents in the city and does little to justify that pricing. Were slow to arrange repairs especially to issues that were reported at the beginning of a 1 year tenancy. Some of these remain outstanding after a the whole year. When repairs were arranged, contractors were given entry to property with very vague warnings as to when. We were told they would be completed and came home one day to find that certain things had been fixed and others not. Generally we never knew who was coming or going and people were let into our flat without our knowledge on multiple occasions.
