As a Landlord and vendor my experience with this Agency was awful. Tenant finding service wasn't good and they even lost paperwork for court purposes. I was extremely pleased with the service given by Harriet, from our first meeting, I found her to be very friendly and helpful, as someone who does not find it easy to understand and process paperwork or complex processes, she was supportive and took me through it one step at a time.
Harriet was also always there at the end of the phone to explain things and reassure me that the process was going to plan and that I would get my new home.
She has been amazing and a credit to your branch.

From the moment that we went into Jordan Fishwicks the staff were really helpful. We were looking for our forever home after recently selling our house. Even though nothing was available at the moment Chris informed us of a property that would be coming to the market within the next few weeks. We met Harriet a few weeks later and completely fell in love with the house. We were updated throughout the whole process and hopefully due to complete next week. A somewhat stressful process of finding a house was totally eliminated making it a really enjoyable one. We are now looking forward to our new journey and would highly recommend Jordan Fishwick.
