On a date 05/05/2022 The worse experience with agency and agent in my life. They are really nice until you sign your tenancy. I am paying 1.582£ a month + bills. My agent Jasmine is not doing her job properly. And the agency is not taking responsibility either with the flat problems. My experience Is really bad with this agency. They flat it’s amazing but the management is really bad. Really unprofessional the agent and the agency, I have proofs for all of this.
1) I moved on the 3rd on February - both windows were not working. One I cannot open the window and the other one I cannot lock it - I am using tape to fix the window since the 13th of February - emails back and forth all the time, for different reasons (not my responsibility) still I have the same the windows problem. This is a problems previous my tenancy. 3 months and still having problems with the windows
2) Hot water / Heating - since Easter, Data Energy suspended my hot water and heating supply for an outstanding bill from the previous tenant/Landlord. After 2 weeks I’m still not having hot water supply and the agency is asking me to pay for the reconnection +-300£ when this is a consequence of their irresponsibility. the landlord/agency. When you starts your tenancy - flat mis be free of any debts. They didn’t check it about outstanding bills for the flat £27. The problem is the reconnection. They are asking me to pay the reconnection because I didn’t send the letter to the landlord - they are asking me to to their job when I work 12h a day. The landlord declined to pay the reconnection because nobody told him about the debt. At the end I had to pay £99 from my pocket and because I pushed and asked them to take responsibility - finally the agreed to pay they other party between Landlord and agent/agency. they were asking me to pay the full fee - between 200-300£. I had to make the payment today. I cannot live in a 1.5k flat without hot water. And still I have to wait one more week for the hot water come back to my flat. If you are happy to waste your money - this is the best agency. I have asked her to the details of senior managers with no answer. Definitely seeing different optioned to move out ASAP. Everything so cheap

I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews before engaging with this agency. I recently moved out of one of their properties after hiring professional cleaners and leaving the place spotless. They booked a third party to conduct the checkout, who attempted to note every item of fair wear and tear he could find, including fingerprints on the entrance door doorknob (how did he think he got into the property in order to conduct the checkout?). For every item of fair wear and tear, which is under the landlord's remit, they attempt to bill £50, even for a scuff mark on the wall that was documented during check-in and for what they claim as loose skirting in the entrance door, of which the sealing was reported throughout the tenancy as a violation of fire safety laws requiring requiring walls, floors, and doors of purpose-built maisonettes or blocks of flats to hold back flames and smoke for a minimum of 30 to 60 minutes. I hired professional cleaners and left the apartment spotless, and they now attempt to bill for a recleaning if they are capable of finding a speck of dust anywhere in the apartment.
I have nothing but pity for employees of this agency. They have diminished themselves so much that they are incapable of doing something useful for a living. People who are so incompetent that they have to conduct highway robbery from honest tenants and who constantly pass the buck to anyone else that is not them because they are too incompetent to earn an honest living.
I am now taking court action against their fraud to recover my deposit, against which they claim unlawful deductions.

JLL provided the very worst possible service. I own a property on the Crown Estate which is now managed by JLL. I telephoned the company for an up-to-date record of my service and ground rent charges. None of the company's employees whom I spoke with over the course of approximately an hour knew that JLL now manages the Crown Estate portfolio until I explained this to them in lengthy detail. The first four employees were unable to say which division could provide me with the information I needed. I finally spoke with Aileen in accounts who, after two extremely convoluted telephone conversations, provided me with the incorrect telephone number for JLL's residential accounts division. This, not before speaking with telephone operator, Sam, who felt it appropriate not to apologise for the extensive time-wasting exercise that this morning has been for me, but to try to place the blame on my shoulders for not giving JLL the correct details in the first place. Unbelievable but true. Apparently, once JLL finally recognises that it does actually manage a particular property portfolio, it then needs more information that just the house number, the street number, the postal code, the location the house is in, and the property owner's name. What information that might possibly be, only Sam herself must know!. Bodes well for the future of the Crown Estate land management. Finally, I telephoned the CEO's office and spoke with the very nice Maggie Hickey who had no difficulty in immediately helping. What a pity it is that more Maggies don't work for JLL.
