We have just completed sale of our property of Woodberry Apartments and we are very satisfied with the service provided by Ms Williams Rosie of JLL. Rosie has been cheerful, helpful, patient and carried out her work in a professional way. She communicated well with us and all parties concerned. In spite of the various problems arising from the exchange of legal documents between the solicitors concerned etc., Rosie tried her best to sort out these problems efficiently and effectively. Thank you, Rosie for your help in our case. In case our relatives and friends requiring UK property sale or letting service in future, we definitely recommend JLL as their choice of property agent.

As a landlord I have to say that the office at Woodberry Park is very efficient. The staff are all very helpful and go out of their way to ensure things run smoothly. I have never had any complaints from tenants and would reccommend them from both tenant and landlord perspectives.

High charges at every step of the process. Avoid at all costs as you will be ripped off. Charged us £200 to renew our contract for 2 months, £180 for a âprofessional cleanâ when we had already had it cleaned before we moved out. Very poor customer... Read Full Review

However this is as good as it gets and I would echo 'london10's thoughts fully. I have also leased many rental properties in the last 10 years and have never had such a negative experience when leaving a property. I expected a whole lot better from a company of this size and reputation. The highlights are:
Myself and co-tenants paid for a move out clean costing £300, the property was left in an immaculate condition, better than when we started the tenancy however the 'Property Manager' insisted that we pay another £300 for another full clean, the reason cited....'Debris on the floor'!!! Photographic evidence of these 'debris' showed tiny threads etc which would have taken 10 seconds to clean.
Property Management consistently ignore calls, emails or voicemail messages. Despite myself and co-tenants raising legitimate issues such as the above we were ignored until the point where we felt we had no choice but to raise a dispute, something which could have easily been avoided.
Presented with an additional bill totalling nearly £1000 based on a billing system we had no idea existed. Instead we had been told, and signed a contract stating that a top-up card system was in place, only when we left the property were we told this was incorrect. Again, despite numerous attempts to explain our standpoint on this issue we were consistently ignored.
If you want to see a decent proportion of your deposit, and maintain your sanity, put simply, avoid.

The worst we have ever experienced after 10 different rented properties in the UK. They try to claim as much deposit as they can, and if you leave 2 weeks early, even with a new tenant arranged (so no financial loss to the landlord) they will charge you �360 in 'fees'. These are not displayed on your contract, or on their website (which we archived), leaving them in a legally questionable position. We were charged �230 in 'cleaning fees' despite that fact that the flat was cleaned and standard fees for a complete clean of a 1-bed flat are around �100. They attempted to charge us for items which were present in the property, and made multiple basic mathematical and logical errors. Thanks to JLL, and trying to deal with Jalal and Peter, we now need to waste otherwise productive time on disputes. They clearly lack integrity.

Horrible experience. They try to keep as much money as they can from deposit. It takes them weeks to do their part of the paperwork but they demand you to do yours within 24 hours. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
