You pay them £360 for the contract. Then £90 if you want to extend it. Every year. Minimum charge for all repairs are £30 per the contract. There's a "check out fee" of £90 in the contract. So yeah, it's a ripoff.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Charged realistic fees and employed staff with some training in dealing with people. Often what they said was technically and legally correct but a conversation with a letting agent should be amicable and not who can get away with what within the boundaries of the law.Attached Filesnbsp;
