Just sold our property eventually didn't feel like was kept in loop also felt like they was working for the buyer not us the people who was paying the bill !! Told 1% commission inc vat but with all the speal we had vat aswell when brother signed it never got altered so hence having pay... Read Full Review

Just sold our property eventually didn't feel like was kept in loop also felt like they was working for the buyer not us the people who was paying the bill !! Told 1% commission inc vat but with all the speal we had vat aswell when brother signed it never got altered so hence having pay another £400 I would not recommend them at all stay well clear

5 Dec 2018I have had similar experience to Heather. I am looking after a house for someone renting it out through ELR and their service is poor. Wrong keys supplied, no advice or support, poor administration....

Appalling service - never answer the phone. Getting information from them is like getting blood from a stone. It should be easy to use an estate agent - these guys are I mpossible! How hard do they expect you to try to get in touch with them? I will take my business... Read Full Review
