Having already favourably considered two other estate agents to place our property with for sale, we were persuaded to go with Cubitt and West by the professionalism and personal likeability of the agent.
His knowledge of the local property market and encouraging and realistic valuation of our property (higher than the other agents), explanation of the advanced and superior techniques for production of marketing materials and extensive use of modern media for property selling, convinced us of success.
Following launch to internet our property immediately attracted many accompanied viewings, several offers, with an offer accepted at just over the asking price within 48 hours.
From then until completion, the agent provided a level of practical help and support and contact with vendor and solicitors well above that which you would expect, to reach a very successful conclusion.

Chris and his team instill confidence .... he was certain he would sell my property for a very good price and he did. My wife and i have been very impressed by the service at this branch. Adrian has been equally helpful. We have been impressed not only with their personal service to us but also the quality of the brochures produced, they seem to give a much better impression of the properties by producing more professional pictures. We would highly recommend them.

Having been with Stafford Johnson for some months with very little action or communication I was pleasantly pleased when I was introduced to Cubitt and West.
Firstly they put the customer, me first, and then any commissions second. They were very refreshing with the ideas they offered to me which was clearly evident by the increase in viewings.
They communicated with me on a weekly basis and the staff were very pleasant. Overall I was very happy with Cubitts and West dealings with me and If I was to buy and sell in the future I would consider them as my agent.

I sold my house through the Findon office of Cubitt and West and have no hesitation in recommending the company. The services offered were far superior to any of the other local companies, the marketing is second to none. The brochure they produced for our house was amazing with professional photos, floor plans and I really believe this helped us sell so quickly and get a fantastic price. Gemma and Chris in the office were great and kept in touch with us every step of the way so that we exchanged contract in only around 6 weeks after accepting the offer. Would definitely use them again. Only wish I could have bought through them too as that agent was nowhere near as helpful and efficient.
