The whole team did a brilliant job, they found a purchaser for my property within two weeks , and assisted from initial viewing to a successful completion painlessly. Moving home is always going to be stressful but I would certainly recommend Cubitt and West Banstead without hesitation.

The agent at banstead branch Kurran dealt with my offer on a property. Once offer was agreed he said he took off the market. The agent at banstead branch Kurran dealt with my offer on a property. Once offer was agreed he said he took off the market. I had moved out my house, and mortgage in principle was sent after a 6 days after offer.
3 weeks later I've moved into temporary accommodation and regular updates to and from myself the agent (Kurran ) and the financial advisor dealing with mortgage occurred.
I receive a phone call from the agent saying that the vendor had received a increased offer from another agent when there was no multiple agency. And that they have accepted the offer! And simply do I want to increase my bid to match it..
Ethically and morally wrong on so many levels. I will never use Cubitt west again

I have just completed the sale of my elderly uncle's house after ill health forced him to move to a residential care home. From the moment I asked Cubitt & West to market the property I cannot speak highly enough of Adrian and the team. They generated a massive amount of interest in the property through their marketing strategies and open days. Ultimately they achieved a fantastic price for us with more than one potential buyer. Once the offer was accepted the sale went through quickly and without any problems. They made what was an upsetting process relatively stress free and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I found these agents by far the most helpful whilst I was looking for a property, they were honest and upfront and really tried to find me the property I was looking for whilst managing my expectations. They did not push properties that were out of my budget like a lot of other agents did.
When I found THE property they were fantastic, answered all my questions and if they didn't have the answers to hand they found out and came back to me usually within 24 hours if not sooner (depending on the sellers). Throughout the whole process I got regular updates from them about what was happening.
I have founded a great property at a fantastic price with only one compromise on what I wanted (rare for a first time buyer) all thanks to them. I also used their Mortgage advice service (Mortgage Matters) and they were also ncredibly helpful and got me a great deal. It was such a relief to get it all under one roof but knowing the advise I was getting was totally impartial.
Would highly recommend using them to buy through and after the service I received as a buyer would definitely consider them if I come to sell.
