What agent could do to change your mind?
Updated seller on progress, provide feedback immediately after open day not a couple of working days later. Deal with us individually and not in a generic fashion. Have a point of contact, that is involved in the selling of the flat, not to use multiple agents for viewings unless they are familiar with the property. Which they haven\'t been.

I really disliked using this agent for a number of reasons.
They got the big and the simple things wrong. This included having the wrong information on our property, a lady doing our open day was under the impression their was ground rent (it was freehold) and this would have been the information going out if we didn't brief her even though all information was provided to agent.
Many calls were not returned and we found it very difficult to receive updates. After a viewing there was often no contact to provide feedback. This would have been appreciated, it would also have helped if the feedback information was in a set format covering basic info like price, layout, location, disadvantages so it could be compared. Much of the feedback information, I would question.
Agents were often not turning up, instead we received many calls to say sick, unavailable, can we do the viewing etc. Agent even turned up late for our open day, that was after changing the time of the open day and not informing us until the courtesy call the day before which massively inconvenienced many people.
Overall they didn't develop any bond with us as customers, everything just seemed generic and running off script. I also suspect highly dubious methods being employed to secure new customers and to influence sellers.

What agent could do to change your mind?

She was absolutely fantastic and took the time to really listen to our needs and provided us with sensible and worthwhile properties to view. Once we had agreed our property she made the whole process very straight forward. The thing that stood out about Leanne was that nothing was too much trouble, she was always available to talk and was on the end of the phone if we had any questions (no matter how trivial some of ours were!). She was flexible with arrangements and ensured we had meetings and appointments that worked around our timings, even if that meant she left late.

Sam was very suppotive and made sure moving from one property to another was carried out as smooth as possible. Reviewing the apartmnet was carried out on time by both parties and every thing was explained by Sam clearly without any misundersatnding. Sam was very helpful in returning any emails that i had sent to him and his advice was second to none. All contracts details, tenant aggreemnt and any other useful information was well presented when picking up the keys and paying my deposit. I found Sam a charming person to deal with and his attidude towards the client was excellent.

We chose Cubit & West lettings after being impressed by their sales team at another branch.
We contacted the Sutton lettings branch to enquire about the costs involved in letting our property. We received a quick response with detailed information regarding there packages and options available to us including recommendations of which package would suit us. Once we decided to go with Cubit & West we were contacted by Leanne. She came to our property at a convenient time to suit us. She gave us lots of advice and ideas to improve our chances of a quick letting. Leanne was always available to help with questions and queries and always provided timely response. When arranging viewings for the property we were always advised and kept in the loop. On occasion the feedback from the viewings may not have been the feedback we wanted to hear, but her honesty and diplomacy enabled us to make the changes required to make the property a desirable home for our new tenant.
Leanne is a credit to Cubit & West and the service they provide!

I am delighted that Cubitt & West were the Estate Agents that were letting the property we found as after a few bad and mediocre experiences with other agents we had the sheer luck and delight of the wonder agent that is Sam Eden, not only he is warm, affable and honest... he is also the most professional and easy to work with agent that I have ever come across.
Even though I didnt make Sam's life easy and there were a fair few hurdles along the way, he always went above and beyond and did everything with a smile and friendly manner.
I quite simply could not thank him enough and I would like it to be known that he is a credit to your organisation and would like him to receive recognition of the valued input he has contributed.
