When someone gives you a personal insight into their life (which my wife and I were very supportive and encouraging of - not that your pitchfork replies would consider accepting anyway) it makes you feel like you are invested to an individual.
When they then disappear completely and leave you to an appalling service with a complete lack of care, it makes you question whether it’s simply part of the pitch to get the listing.
Regardless, for some this will fall on deaf ears. Call me what ...
