Horrendous, lazy agents. Great sales pitch from Leanna up front, which is the only time you'll deal with her - Once she's "closed you" by giving you stories about her ** journey to make you feel you've built up a meaningful relationship, she's on to the next victim.
The staff have no respect for your property - "Don't worry about taking off your shoes" - Do the bare minimum to get by and then when you get a buyer the progression are all part time with an abundance of annual leave! An absolute nightmare for continuity!
I can't believe the audacity, and if you need to express that you're unhappy they leave you waiting forever for replies and just don't care!
Please use someone else, save yourself the pain.. Choosing the right agent is as important as choosing the right solicitor, it would be a mistake to choose Cubitt & West.
Beware the fake reviews on here making them look better than they are. When questioned I'm sure they'll say this is false - Happy to share my experience with you in more detail if it helps you avoid making the wrong decision..

Over the past six months I have deal with many estate agents and have to say that C&W's support far outranked the others. Asked for several areas and all were emailed regularly with viewings offered on immediate enquiry. Extremely good staff and first dealt with Leatherhead, Banstead to the Horsham branches later. All offices were excellent - well done.

I sold my property through this branch of Cubitt and West at the end of 2012. The property was marketed exactly as had been described and the 'for sale' signage and property details were prepared in very quick time. On the 'open house' day no less than eight people (excluding the purchasers) saw the property which I thought very good for the time of year, and feedback from each and every prosective buyer was sent to me immediately following the day. There then followed a period during which I actively searched for a suitable new home, and during this time I was kept informed of any developments regarding the purchase of my property in a timely way. A second viewing was also arranged for the purchasers with the minimum of fuss. As luck would have it, I have been unable to find a suitable new home and have withdrawn from the sale, and this too was handled with tack and sensitivily by Cubitt and West. Finally I would add I was impressed throughout by the 'team work' in the office with everyone ensuring they had the most up-to-date information before answering my queries. The team was at all times pleasant and acted openly and honestly. They were a pleasure to deal with and I thoroughly recommend them.

I expected these activities to be partially the responsibility of my conveyancers, but it seems Jule took more responsibility to ensure that the second target move date was met. On a number of occasions the coneyancers should have been keeping me uptodate with progress, however, it was me communicating with them, to give them progres from Julie instead.

Many thanks, without Julie's asistance I would probably still not have moved by now if it had been up the conveyancers who I found lacked focus and a sense of urgeny.

My wife and I were extremely impressed by Darren and Julie and would not hesitate to recomend the Southwater Cubitt & West branch to anyone selling a property in the area.
Two weeks following the inital meting with Darren an open house was held and of the thirteen viewings five offers were made, four of them for the asking price and one above the asking price. The property was finally sold for 6k above the asking price.
One of the reasons that caused so muh interest in the property we believe was how professional the photos looked in the brochure and on line.
