In the end we both bought and sold through the Pulborough Office. Initially we found the marketing a bit pushy, and, unlike other agents we had experienced, we had to pay for photographs, and sign up to a contract. In the end we both bought and sold through the Pulborough Office. Initially we found the marketing a bit pushy, and, unlike other agents we had experienced, we had to pay for photographs, and sign up to a contract. However, Cubitt and West achieved both the sale and purchase where others had failed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and couldn't have done more for us once we had committed to both the sale and purchase.
